Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for your interest in our products. Shipping costs will be calculated in the cart. All orders that include clay or ceramics will be insured automatically with an extra charge of 15% of the total as it is shipped from the Holy Land.

1. EMS (Express Mail Service) delivery within 5-14 days.
2. Surface mail delivery within 7-10 weeks. Approx. Half price of EMS.
3. Regular recorded Air Mail delivery within 10 - 20 days.

These estimated times of delivery do not apply to holiday seasons or unusual circumstances, when delivery may take longer. We ship the next day for all orders unless something is out of stock, then we will let you know.
Return Exchange & Policy
Return & Refund is valid 14 days from the receipt of the order, in the same condition unless breakage occurred during shipping, if your order was insured. You must return it in the same package. Please be sure to write on the carton “RETURN TO SENDER” on a new label. For returned items, we will refund you for the products only, not the shipping.
Bulk & Retailer Discountss
Bulk orders totaling more than $200 qualify for a 10% discount by entering the Promotion Code: BULK2021. The order can be made up from different products.
